Nous nous r\u00e9servons le droit de refuser le service si un membre du personnel soup\u00e7onne qu\u2019un pilote est sous l\u2019influence de l\u2019alcool ou de drogue.<\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>R\u00e8glements de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de course<br \/><br \/><\/strong><\/h3><ul><li>La consommation d&#8217;alcool ou de substances n&#8217;est pas autoris\u00e9e avant ou pendant l&#8217;activit\u00e9 de karting;<\/li><li>Le karting en salle est un sport sans contact. Nous r\u00e9servons une certaine dur\u00e9e et un certain espace sur la piste pour votre groupe en fonction du nombre de pilotes confirm\u00e9s que vous nous avez communiqu\u00e9 au moment de la r\u00e9servation.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Heure d\u2019arriv\u00e9e<\/strong><ul><li>Arrivez 30 minutes avant l&#8217;heure de d\u00e9part de votre course afin d&#8217;avoir suffisamment de temps pour signer les d\u00e9rogations et commencer votre r\u00e9union pr\u00e9paratoire de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/li><li>Si votre groupe arrive en retard ou si vous n&#8217;\u00eates pas en mesure de prendre le d\u00e9part \u00e0 temps, nous nous r\u00e9servons le droit de retarder l&#8217;horaire de votre course afin de maintenir l&#8217;horaire pour les autres groupes qui sont \u00e0 l&#8217;heure.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Reprogrammation\/Annulation<\/strong><ul><li>Les r\u00e9servations qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 confirm\u00e9es peuvent \u00eatre reprogramm\u00e9es moyennant un pr\u00e9avis d&#8217;au moins <strong><u>7 JOURS<\/u><\/strong> avant l&#8217;\u00e9v\u00e9nement. L&#8217;\u00e9v\u00e9nement peut \u00eatre reprogramm\u00e9 dans un d\u00e9lai d&#8217;une ann\u00e9e civile, en fonction des disponibilit\u00e9s. Le d\u00e9p\u00f4t sera conserv\u00e9 et ne sera pas rembours\u00e9;<\/li><li>Les r\u00e9servations confirm\u00e9es ne peuvent \u00eatre annul\u00e9es, quel que soit le pr\u00e9avis donn\u00e9. Those charges will be displayed at the time of checkout**<\/p><h3>Driver requirements<br \/><strong><br \/><\/strong><\/h3><ul><li>All racers must have a minimum height of 4&#8217;8&#8243; ( 142 cm) and a max height of 6&#8217;8&#8243; (203 cm).\u00a0<\/li><li>All drivers must register at our registration kiosk and sign a waiver.<\/li><li>All drivers under 16 years old must have their waiver countersigned by a parent or adult guardian at our registration kiosk.<\/li><li>Photo ID is required to verify driver identity. A driver\u2019s license is not required to be able to race.<\/li><li>All new drivers must attend our safety briefing outlining racing rules, racing flags and kart operation before their first race.<\/li><li>GOPLEX does not allow drivers to race who are suspected to be under the influence of any alcohol or drugs. We reserve the right to refuse service should a staff member suspect a driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Safety\/racing regulations<br \/><br \/><\/h3><ul><li>No alcohol or substance consumption is permitted before or during karting activity.<\/li><li>Indoor karting is a non-contact sport. GOPLEX does not tolerate any collisions, blocking or bumping during races.<\/li><li>Aggressive behaviour, including inappropriate language, towards other customers or to GOPLEX staff will not be tolerated.<\/li><li>All drivers will receive a mandatory briefing session on safety and racing regulations for indoor karting before their first race. All drivers must obey the rules of the track or face expulsion without refund.<\/li><li>Drivers must wear closed-toe sports shoes. No sandals allowed.\u00a0 Long hair should be tied back.\u00a0 Loose-fitting flowing clothes, such as dresses, are not permitted.\u00a0 Shoulders must be covered; therefore tank tops and spaghetti straps are not permitted.<\/li><li>GOPLEX provides all necessary racing equipment including helmets. You can use your own helmet provided it is full face, has a DOT or ECE certification, and it is equipped with a visor or worn with safety goggles.<\/li><li>The use of a balaclava (headsock) is compulsory with the use of our helmets. You can use your own or purchase one on-site.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Exclusion from venue<br \/><br \/><\/h3><p>GOPLEX reserves the right to cancel a booked event or exclude drivers and\/or spectators and visitors from the premises without refund under the following circumstances:<\/p><ol><li>They are suspected to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.<\/li><li>They are wearing clothing likely to cause offence.<\/li><li>They are considered to be a danger to themselves or others.<\/li><li>They are displaying aggressive or abusive behaviour (physical or verbal) on and off the track. This includes staff, other drivers and\/or spectators.<\/li><\/ol><h3>Event bookings (10+ people)<br \/><br \/><\/h3><ol><li><strong>Remaining Balance<\/strong><ul><li>The remaining balance (if any) must be paid prior to the start of your race. We are unable to accommodate separate payments from individual drivers. The event organizer is required to pay any remaining balance for the event and have the individuals themselves pay back the organizer.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Attendance Policy<\/strong><ul><li>The total price for the event at the time of the booking confirmation will be due even if fewer drivers attend, participate, or retire early. We reserve a certain length of time and amount of track space for your group based on the number of confirmed drivers you provided to us at the time of booking.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Arrival Time<\/strong><ul><li>Arrive 30 minutes prior to your race start time to ensure enough time to sign waivers and begin your safety briefing.<\/li><li>If your group arrives late or you are unable to start on time, we reserve the right to delay your race schedule in order to maintain the schedule for other groups that are on time.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Rescheduling\/Cancellations<\/strong><ul><li>Bookings that have been confirmed can be rescheduled given notice at least <strong><u>7 DAYS<\/u><\/strong> prior to the event. The event can be rescheduled within 1 calendar year, as per availability. The deposit will be kept on-hand and will not be refunded.<\/li><li>Bookings that have been confirmed cannot be cancelled, regardless of notice given. If the event is not rescheduled within one calendar year, the deposit is forfeited.<\/li><li>A full refund will be returned to the event organizer if GOPLEX is unable to provide the booked event for any reason beyond its control.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Food &amp; Drink Policy:<\/strong><ul><li>We do not allow outside food or drink. Food and beverage is available for purchase on-site. Catering options are also available.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Bookings are only confirmed once the appropriate deposits are paid.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Bookings cannot be transferred or resold.<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><h3>Standard online bookings (1-9 people)<br \/><br \/><\/h3><ol><li><strong>Attendance Policy<\/strong><ul><li>If fewer drivers show up than were booked, racing credits for those that do not show up can be transferred to the accounts of drivers that do show up. These racing credits do not expire.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Arrival Time<\/strong><ul><li>Arrive 30 minutes prior to your race start time to ensure enough time to sign waivers and begin your safety briefing.<\/li><li>If you or other members of your booking arrive late or you are unable to start on time, we reserve the right to delay your race schedule in order to maintain the schedule for other groups that are on time.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Rescheduling\/Cancellations<\/strong><ul><li>Bookings that have been confirmed can be rescheduled or cancelled given notice at least <strong><u>72 HOURS<\/u><\/strong> prior to your first race.
